{"id":11906,"date":"2025-05-28T10:43:33","date_gmt":"2025-05-28T02:43:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/control.mcu.edu.tw\/11906\/"},"modified":"2025-05-28T10:55:47","modified_gmt":"2025-05-28T02:55:47","slug":"reminder-for-year-end-accounting-closure-for-the-2024-25-academic-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/control.mcu.edu.tw\/en\/11906\/","title":{"rendered":"Reminder for Year-End Accounting Closure for the 2024-25 Academic Year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Important Year-End Accounting Reminders for the 2024\u20132025 Academic Year \u2013 Secretaries, please inform faculty members with active projects:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">All funds to be deposited into the university\u2019s treasury must be submitted to the Bursar Section or the Taoyuan General Affairs Section by 4:00 PM on July 16.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">2Check withdrawal deadlines: Taipei Campus Bursar Section \u2013 by 4:00 PM on July 17; Taoyuan Campus General Affairs Section \u2013 by 4:00 PM on July 16.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Petty cash reimbursement and Summer Session I refund deadlines: Taipei Campus Bursar Section\u2013 by 4:00 PM on July 17; Taoyuan Campus\u2013 by 4:00 PM on July 16.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">All receipts for the 2024\u201325 academic year (before July 31, 2025) must be submitted to the Controller\u2019s Division by August 5.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">If any colleague misses the university\u2019s deposit deadline and independently makes a bank deposit or wire transfer, please email the transfer details to Ms. Lin, Yi-Hui in the Controller\u2019s Division (qqkoala@mail.mcu.edu.tw) immediately after the transfer.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><strong>The remittance<\/strong> <strong>emai<\/strong>l <strong>should include the following information:<\/strong><\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Proof of remittance (e.g., deposit slip or transfer confirmation). For ATM\/online banking transfers, please include the last few digits of the account number or attach a screenshot.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">Specify the date and time of the transfer.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">State the purpose of the remittance (e.g., refund for advance payment on project XX \u2013 original amount: NT$XX) and attach any supporting documentation (e.g., official approval letter for advance payment).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px\">For the Higher Education Sprout Project, current expenditure projects related to courses must be completed by June 30. Non-curricular projects must reach a 50% execution rate by July 31, and all capital expenditures must be completed by August 31.
