In response to the revision of the “Explanation of Misappropriation in Execution of Budget Items” , there have been adjustments to the daily subsistence allowance rates for overseas business travel by destination.
Accordingly, the system will be suspended for data replacement from April 16 to 20, 2026. It is scheduled to resume operation on April 21, 2026.
Faculty members who need to apply for reimbursement of overseas travel expenses are kindly requested to complete the online submission on or after April 21, 2026.
Domestic travel reimbursement will not be affected and may continue to be processed as usual.
