Reminder for Year-End Accounting Closure for the 2025-26 Academic Year

The following is a reminder regarding the end-of-term accounting notice for the 2014 academic year.

1. All funds to be deposited into the university’s treasury must be submitted to the Bursar Section or the Taoyuan General Affairs Section by 12:00 PM on July 28.
2. Check withdrawal deadlines: by 4:00 PM on July 30.
3. Petty cash reimbursement and Summer Session I refund deadlines: by 4:00 PM on July 16.
4. All receipts for the 2025-26 academic year (before July 31, 2026) must be submitted to the Controller’s Division by August 5.
5. If any colleague misses the university’s deposit deadline and independently makes a bank deposit or wire transfer, please email the transfer details to Ms. Lin, Yi-Hui in the Controller’s Division (qqkoala@mail.mcu.edu.tw) immediately after the transfer.
The remittance email should include the following information:
A. Proof of remittance (e.g., deposit slip or transfer confirmation). For ATM/online banking transfers, please include the last few digits of the account number or attach a screenshot.
B. Specify the date and time of the transfer.
C. State the purpose of the remittance (e.g., refund for advance payment on project XX – original amount: NT$XX) and attach any supporting documentation (e.g., official approval letter for advance payment).
6. Notices for the verification of Higher Education Sprout Project:
(1). (1). For current expenditure of curricular-related projects, the verification process must be completed by July 30, 2026. If the project execution rate is below 100%, all remaining funds will be reclaimed.
(2). (2). For current of non-curricular projects, if the execution rate is below 50% by July 30, 2026, 50% of the remaining funds will be reclaimed.
(3). (3). For capital expenditure projects, if the contract award process is not completed by June 30, 2026, 50% of the remaining funds will be reclaimed; if the verification process is not completed by July 30, 2026, and the execution rate is below 100%, all remaining funds will be reclaimed.
7. Deadline for 2025-2026 AY Advancement Project may be completed on July 15,2026.
